Customer entered wrong zip which caused shipping issues, leaves us 1 star a review as a result. When I pointed out his zipcode error he claims, 'zipcode doesn't change the address' If he can't understand how a wrong zipcode affects delivery, he's a special one! After leaving his 1 star review he has the nerve to place another order with the wrong zipcode again so I canceled it.
