Fox acoustics makes some really nice enclosures. Might not be the cheapest, but definitely perform better than most enclosures on the market.
If it fits in your budget, buy from them. You will not be disappointed
This is now my 4th enclosure from Fox Acoustics, and like every time before, they’ve delivered nothing short of excellence. I’ve run a lot of systems over the years, but this latest setup — with two Rockford Fosgate T1 subwoofers — hits hard, clean, and incredibly tight. The box design brings out the full potential of the T1s, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Great quality and sound!
Install is very straight forward. Seat risers worked great. Sounds great. Excellent build quality. Installed 2 rockford P3s with no issues. I did have to remove the rubber motor covers on the subs for clearance.
My Rockford Fosgate P3‘s do not sit all the way down in the box going to need to make some type of spacer
That's a mid size sub that will easily fit. If you scroll down just a couple of reviews, there is a video of P3's playing that was uploaded by a customer. I'm not sure what you are doing wrong but it's definitely installer error if you can't get them to fit.
