Great box
Super easy to install. Instructions were clear and simple. Took me less than an hour. I found that if I put a nut on the top bolt to hold it before tightening the bottom bolt it was much easier to tighten the bottom bolt the remove the nut from the top bolts before placing the seat back and fastening the top bolts
I started with the dual 10” ported box and upgraded to the dual 12”. Both sound amazing. Right now I’m running a pair of 12” Sundown sav2’s with spacer rings. It’s loud, hits hard and sounds great! I may try more powerful subs in the future. The box is built very well and weighs a ton. I’ve recommended the fox box to many others. No matter what truck I own in the future, I’ll always shop here. Awesome box! Put two B2 rage 8’s on a Orion xtr pro 1500. Running 1050 rms at 2 ohm. This box was a perfect match for these subs. Sounds super clean on rock and country. Crank it up and slams on rap. Box looks fantastic and is a perfect fit. One thing I will say is it’s hard to find a guard to fit the 8’s especially with the double baffle on the outside edge. So I made my own. No biggie. Turned out great. But is a great looking and sounding box. Just get subs to match the volume.
I threw two kicker Q 12s in the back with an 1800w amp stealth mounted in the side wall. Perfect stealth setup that bumps HARD even with the top off. And because it bolts in, its a bit more secure than just a box sitting on the floor. Build quality is excellent. Only gripe is it does come a little too close to the placebo clip for the rear washer motor. Mine got smashed a little, but that's okay. Worth the trade off.

Ive had the original FoxBox for a little over a year, and it sounded great! Still i felt like I wanted more! I didnt even know that the Elite model was a thing until a couple months back. I knew then, and upgrade was in order! This box hits the lows that I was so desperately missing! Im pushing this box HARD with a Crossfire C7 4K, and 2 Resilient 12's! This thing SLAMS! I finally got the sound that I wanted out of my truck!
If you are skeptical about buying this box because of the price...dont be. Its so worth it. I can't even nitpick the seat sitting up a tad higher. The build quality, and sound more than makes up for the slight change in undersear fitment. If yall somehow make another model better than this one, I'll purchase that one as well! Very happy with my new box! Thanks!
I was looking around for a pair of speakers reducing adapter rings for sometime and came across a very nicely made speaker rings by Fox Acoustics! They are made to recess into the 12" opening hold in order to center them during installation which is great! All the 16 mounting screws are included for the speakers which is very convenient. The only thing I recommend is to make sure you measure your speaker diameter opening and requested for the diameter ring lip size before placing your order. Also be aware that it your cabinet is compact on the sides you may need to trim the outer ring diameter size to fit the cabinet. Thank you Fox for working with me with the shipping cost!
This is my 3rd purchase from Fox. Previously ran the normal Ram Crew cab dual 12 ported box with Sundown SA Classics. Even though these boxes sound leaps and bounds better than the competition, I was still not satisfied. I pulled the trigger for the Elite box and moved up to the Sundown SA v3. I can now say with confidence, the elite box is worth it. Without changing gains on my amp which I am now under powering the new subs by 1k, the bigger box makes a huge difference. Lows are louder, dig lower, the mid spectrum is just way louder and cleaner, and just over all produces and cleaner louder sound. I’ll give it a week or two before I crank up the power but wanted to get a fair judgement on the differences at the same power level. As stated before, the Elite box has meet my expectations.
Now for a few small critiques. The box came in 2 fully assembled pieces, awesome but was not expecting that. There were no instruction other than the seat bracket install. No problem use common sense with what you have. The top was recessed for a plate to join the 2 but not the bottom. I tried may attempts but could not get the 2 pieces perfectly lined up, so I settled for the back side to be off, can’t see it anyway. I did put some black silicone between the 2 pieces to prevent vibrations. Now on to the Ram logo on the top. As much as I love the design, I did have to put black silicone under this as it rattled against the mount plate screws that was audible, easy enough fix though.
All in all, I would buy again 10 times over any other competition out there. Just can’t beat the R&D and finish the folks at Fox Acoustics continuously puts out through out.
Do not think to hard on this box if you are looking for that little extra. Well worth the cost.
Fits perfectly 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab. The all weather mats don't interfere with the box.
The quality is just outstanding!! I’ve bought other boxes and built my own and I seen this box featured on five star car stereo on YouTube and if they will vouch for a box it’s a great box I’m definitely not disappointed:) it’ll hit hard!
