I have had several Fox boxes over the years. From my old F150 crewcab to my Chevy Avalanche to my GMC Sierra 1500 and now this box for my son’s used Tundra. The thing they all have in common is THEY ROCK! AMAZING sound quality, great product quality and ingenuity, and they fit & work as promised. Add to this every single box is designed by a speaker box GENIUS and hand made in the USA!!!!
Other manufacturers just build boxes that fits and do NOT pay attention to internal cubic feet requirements (their boxes some like speakers mounted in a tin can). And 100% every single speaker box manufacturer outsources their production outside the US-but not Fox Acoustics!
I've watched this company, from my sleepy little bayou town, grow for close to 30 years now. It is second to no one.

Bought for my 2020 tundra, followed the instructions and everything came out great 👍 Running 2 shallow type R's fit perfectly (After cutting holes to size). They HIT!!!
Cut outs are different sizes. Using recommended Sundown woofers. One hole fits without mod. Otherwise hole is 1/8" too small. Now I need to dig out wood working tools and make a message, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid by getting prefab. Maddening!
Sorry that you didnt understand the listing. Just because a sub is recommended, does not mean it is drop in fit. Trimming the hole to fit a sub is considered standard installation practice. When the listing states 'subs with larger frames will require truimming by the installer' it means just that. The advertised hole size is 9.125' the SML subs are require a 9.2' hole. Now IF you buy subs from us that require trimming, we do trim the box to fit, but if you have your own subs, you must trim it yourself.
2021 Toyota Crewmax dual 10” Box. Fits nicely behind rear back seat. Loaded with 2-shallow JL Audio Bass speakers. Some hole trimming was needed to fit speakers. Box delivered to me in a timely manner. No NONSENSE. Box is covered in plastic textured undercoat. Looks Great. Very happy with purchase. I would buy from FOX Acoustics Again. Thank You Fox !!!
