Great sounding perfect rap up for audio upgrade
2014 dodge Charger pursuit... tight fight under the rear speaker deck. The exterior has a very tough coating. It looks beautiful when trunk opens. My subs require 2 cuft per sub. This box is smaller. I don't notice a problem from it. I prefered to install subs out of the car. I used 8 gauge wire combining both subs to 1 ohm. I cutout a piece of plywood that covered tire and battery. This way I can screw down amp. I screwed down 2" wide trim to prevent box from sliding out/rearward. The extra money for this is worth it. You're getting better quality, better space efficiency in your trunk.

Super easy to install. Instructions were clear and simple. Took me less than an hour. I found that if I put a nut on the top bolt to hold it before tightening the bottom bolt it was much easier to tighten the bottom bolt the remove the nut from the top bolts before placing the seat back and fastening the top bolts
I started with the dual 10” ported box and upgraded to the dual 12”. Both sound amazing. Right now I’m running a pair of 12” Sundown sav2’s with spacer rings. It’s loud, hits hard and sounds great! I may try more powerful subs in the future. The box is built very well and weighs a ton. I’ve recommended the fox box to many others. No matter what truck I own in the future, I’ll always shop here. Awesome box! Put two B2 rage 8’s on a Orion xtr pro 1500. Running 1050 rms at 2 ohm. This box was a perfect match for these subs. Sounds super clean on rock and country. Crank it up and slams on rap. Box looks fantastic and is a perfect fit. One thing I will say is it’s hard to find a guard to fit the 8’s especially with the double baffle on the outside edge. So I made my own. No biggie. Turned out great. But is a great looking and sounding box. Just get subs to match the volume.
I threw two kicker Q 12s in the back with an 1800w amp stealth mounted in the side wall. Perfect stealth setup that bumps HARD even with the top off. And because it bolts in, its a bit more secure than just a box sitting on the floor. Build quality is excellent. Only gripe is it does come a little too close to the placebo clip for the rear washer motor. Mine got smashed a little, but that's okay. Worth the trade off.

I was torn between this and a King box which was half the price with the flat deep pockets for the magnet vs rounded. I have a 2012 Crew Cab Silverado and bought this box, it doesn't fit perfect but it fits okay it sticks out quite a bit so you do have to use the wood spacers. This helps some and you will still feel the big humps when sitting on the your bench. Some sacrifice that you will have to give up for some bumps in your truck. I will eventually end up doing the seat lift to make the seat more comfortable. The overall construction of the box seems good but not as heavy as previous boxes that I've owned but hopefully it will hold up well and sound superior for the price. I will be running two DD audio 712s about a 1,000 Watts a piece. First pictures are without the spacers last 3 pictures are with spacers installed.
Build quality is great, fitment is perfect, easy to install (with a few tools and a little bit of experience) and sound is incredible! The fact that with such a small seat lift you're able to fit full size 12's (vs shallow mount 10's or 12's in a sealed box) makes a world of difference in both SQ and SPL. I installed Kicker Comp R 12's in mine, wired down to 1 ohm powered by a CXA 800.1 amp and it flexes my headliner at the windshield when cranked up. Extremely satisfied with my purchase and decision in the setup. If you're trying to decide between this and a loaded enclosure, go this route for sure! Less draw on your system with arguably better performance.
