$100 plus dollars later and a month of waiting for it to come with no instructions, and all the nuts are missing.
Please don't exaggerate. It DID NOT take a month to arrive!
Your order was placed on July 14th, it shipped on the 29th and was delivered on August 1st.
We even shipped your order priority at no extra cost to get it to you in 2 days since we were taking the full 2 week lead time.
We clearly state a 1-2 week lead time, so being delivered in 16 days is pretty much spot on.
This review is the first I've heard anything from you. I just searched our emails and there is no communication about any missing hardware. If you would make an attempt to contact us, we will send you any missing hardware.
Instructions are pretty much useless, idk if there is supposed to be more parts to it but I tried setting it up but no luck! The bolts that got sent are too short and unsafe waste of $130+
Even my audio guy was confused on how the heck they are even supposed to go.
You messaged us stating that you only have half the amount of brackets needed. That's because you have a 60/40 split seat and you ordered a BENCH seat kit. It's not our fault that you don't know what seat you have.
Also, the instructions say to call us if you have any problems or questions. Your installer or yourself have never called.
Very solid and well constructed design. Would be better with more thorough instructions. But overall solid.ty

Fairly nice kit with everything you need to lift your Ram’s rear seat up 2.5” (with the under-seat storage tubs). Excellent value for what you’re getting, especially when on sale.
