FOX BOX
Regular price $350.00
Looks great have not installed yet but 10/10 build quality so far
The quality is just outstanding!! I’ve bought other boxes and built my own and I seen this box featured on five star car stereo on YouTube and if they will vouch for a box it’s a great box I’m definitely not disappointed:) it’ll hit hard!
Fit the sundown subs as described. Minor trimming required, but support informed of that issue. Mounting depth was perfect. Fits in the truck great. Had to trim the carpet padding to make enough room for excursion, and to keep the surround from rubbing the carpet. Seats fold normally with no issues.
I purchased 2 alpine type S 10” along with a JL S2-A120M amp for my truck. I bought a cheap box before educating myself on box quality and the difference it makes - tuning freq, etc. The sound was OK- but after doing some research, I decided to spend some money on a better quality box and picked up one of these boxes from FOX. The sound quality is night and day compared to the cheap box I first purchased. Fits good under the seats and looks good. Would highly recommend. (Bought for 2019 Nissan Titan)
I have a 2016 Nissan XD SV crew cab. there is not a lot of aftermarket support for these trucks. But I tell you one thing this enclosure is phenomenal. It fits great. It looks great and there’s a lot of different woofers you can install. i’m so impressed with it. So if you are looking for a enclosure for a Nissan titan look no further
How about the foxaudio for 2 10 inch super duty box and we cut it for 2 10 in. Square Kickers for my 2015 Ford absolutely love it. Foxaudio boxes & Kicker all the way baby!
I’ve been installing car audio since 1999. The quality of this enclosure was evident the instant i pulled it out of its (well done) packaging. Thanks Fox’s, new life long customer here!
Honestly would buy again.
I did a lot of research in regards to an underseat box and it always came back to this set up. Fitment was perfect once you pair the halves together. Sound is great, but doesn't hit the lows due to lack of cubic feet (To be expected from an under seat set up). I am running 2 SA 12v2's off of a SAE2000, 1/0 wiring, dual MM370a alternators, dual auxiliary batteries, stock head unit, Pac LOC, Epicenter, isolator, SAE400.4 on 4 door coax 6x9s. Will be adding a DSP and dropping the ohms on the subs from 4 to 2 for more power, but for right now, its not bad. As your sub box goes, so does your system. I would definitely recommend this setup to give you some decent bass and save space. The only cons I have found is: #1 some of the paint does peel off in the thinner areas like inside the box or on the mounting perch, but you won't notice it once the subs are installed. #2 is the front Ram metal piece is only secured around the edges, so the middle of it rattles. It's just enough to annoy you. I even painted mine black before I mounted it but still. #3 I wish they offered all the metal trim pieces in the same color and texture as they use on the box. I think it would be appreciated by the customer like myself that want the incognito look. All in all, I would rate this box 4.8/5.0 and IMO is the best box on the market for an underseat set up in a 5th gen Ram 2500/3500 crew cab.
Box fit with zero issues and hit 141.7db with my 2 dc audio lvl 4 12s!
Love it these are the best possible boxes you could possibly order for your Dodge ram
They could’ve made it a single camber with a bigger port and lower frequency tune. Box was great at 2k watts but bumped up to 3300 and now it’s too much for the box. A bunch of port noise and not as loud as it should be for the size. Making a bigger port would be the best update to this box as well as making a slim grill to cover subs because some high excursion subs will hit the seat and eventually get damaged. Only gets 2 stars for not being able to push lots of power without having to deal with port noise.
Why are you complaining about the box being divided and the tune freq being too high? Thats all clearly listed in the product specs for you to read before you buy.
The port noise that you are getting is the result of you attempting to play too low below the tune frequency.
I have a 12 DD SL 700 had it in the ported box. It was good but it’s way smoother and bumps just as hard in this sealed box
How about the foxaudio for 2 10 inch super duty box and we cut it for 2 10 in. Square Kickers for my 2015 Ford absolutely love it. Foxaudio boxes & Kicker all the way baby!
I've had a few different subwoofer boxes and none have come close to this box for my Jeep Gladiator. I'm currently running 2 10" MB Quart subs with a 1500 watt MB Quart amp and it absolutely pounds!! (My back window is holding on for dear life 😆)
